Roast Your Coffee For Tomorrow

Have you ever run out of your fresh roasted coffee and forgot to roast for the following morning? I have had this happen so many times that I have lost count. I am in that dilemma as I am writing this post. As soon as I am finished bloggin', I plan on roasting a 4 ounce batch. At times when I have completely forgotten, I have roasted the beans at 430 AM and brewed them into fresh coffee immediately. The choice is a cup o'joe with a bite or burned Starbucks. I will take my fresh roasted coffee any day over burned coffee.

Additionally, I am getting low in my green coffee beans. I put in an order for 8 lbs of green coffee from Sweet Maria's. I have a mix of Colombian, Kenyan, Rwandan, and Brazilian.
